Starting in September, the Yin Yoga class on Thursdays will change to 11:30 am.

No matter where you're coming from, Peaceful Warrior is easy to visit. Just a few moments off of the Saw Mill River Parkway and next to downtown Mount Kisco , you can easily visit whether you're coming from near or far. We're also close to I-684

There is a spacious parking lot directly next to the building (to the right as you look at the building) with accessible spaces. You enter through the side door of the building, and Peaceful Warrior is just inside!

Patricia McMann

Pat owns Peaceful Warrior Yoga Studio as well as the adjacent New Light Laser . She has been a business owner for over twenty years in the Mount Kisco area, and is excited to expand into yoga. She has practiced yoga for many years, and earned her yoga teacher certification two years ago. Pat strongly believes in the power of yoga in each of our lives.
